Notes and tips for understanding the entitlement report
- When searching for a specific report, note that the year listed refers to the year the report was created. (2024 = FY25 or 24-25 school year)
- On individual consortium reports, numbers preceded by @ refer to the rate, either per person or per contact hour.
- Numbers in the columns labeled “Entitlement” are in dollars.
- “CAP Amount” refers to the consortium’s maximum contact hour revenue possible – which is limited to an additional 11% or $10,000 (whichever is greater) above the previous year’s contact hour revenue.
- “Gross Entitlement” is the sum of the amounts of four Entitlement columns.
- “Net Entitlement” will be different than “Gross Entitlement” if the consortium has exceeded the $30 gross revenue per contact hour cap. If the consortium has not exceeded this cap, net and gross entitlement amounts will be equal.
