Additional Opportunities
There are periodically other grant opportunities available to Adult Education providers, often in partnership with other workforce, non-profit, and/or education entities. These grants are generally not administered by the Minnesota Department of Education, but by other state agencies or not-for-profit organizations.
The links below may show past or future grant opportunities that could be of interest to Adult Education providers. Please research each opportunity carefully to see whether grant funds are currently available and learn about grant requirements and deadlines.

Pathways to Prosperity (P2P)
Pathways to Prosperity grants are awarded by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) and require an ABE partner.
Minnesota Job Skills Partnership (MJSP)
Through the MJSP, various Training Grants are awarded by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). ABE programs generally need to partner with an employer or postsecondary institution for these grants.
Dollar General
Dollar General Literacy Foundation offers grants to Adult Literacy programs across the country.
Rising Hope Fund
The Rising Hope Fund provides financial assistance to Minnesota women pursing their GED or HiSET.
