Adult Basic Education (ABE) and Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) are partnering to offer two regional forums, Adult Pathways to Postsecondary - Aligning ABE, MnSCU Campuses & Community Partners for Student Success. These forums will provide information and planning time for local colleges and universities to learn how other MnSCU institutions are currently partnering with ABE providers to expand opportunities for students to access postsecondary credit-bearing career pathways. The forum will showcase campuses with promising ABE partnerships, share legislation/policy updates, and highlight promisingABE/postsecondary practices including co-teaching, supplemental instructin partnerships and embedded ABE programmiing on the college campus. Participants will have time to explore new opportunities to collaborate with ABE, McSCU campuses, Career Technical Education, workforce development, and other community partners serving adult learners.
